I understand that as a participant of the Certified Student Leader Program, I must complete the following requirements:

Attending each cohort meeting on time and prepared. I will notify my cohort lead at least 24 hours in advance
Conduct an interview with a leader
Participating in one pre-approved Community Engagement Event or one pre-approved Inclusive Excellence Event
Completing a program pre- and post-assessment survey
