Student Involvement and Leadership recommends student organizations input their travel information in the Travel Tracking Form to organize their travel information and document their adventures as a group. Organizations classified as Contracted Independent Councils and Contracted Independent Student Organizations are encouraged to meet Clemson University standards for travel.

International travel at Clemson provides operational support to student engagement programs outside of the U.S.A. that contribute to Clemson University’s missions, goals, and emphasis areas.

In addition to completing this travel tracking form, University Student Life Programs (USLP) must register their travel through the Clemson Abroad registration  process. 

Clemson Abroad offers resources and assistance to best support students with their travel, such as:

NOTE: Contracted Independent Council (CIC) and Contracted Independent Student Organizations (CISO) are encouraged to register through Clemson Abroad as well, however are not required to do so.
